TAMPA, Fla. –  <\/strong>Moss, a top-ranked national construction firm, announced today the successful completion of the highly anticipated Opal Sol Luxury Resort & Spa<\/a> in Clearwater Beach, Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Constructed for Ocean Properties Ltd., the 16-story, 680,000-square-foot luxury resort opened its doors to guests in February. It delivers a signature blend of upscale, all-suite accommodations, premier amenities, and one of the largest meeting venues on the west coast of Florida. Every suite has unrivaled Gulf views. Opal Sol includes a parking garage with more than 500 spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed by Nichols Architects, Opal Sol offers 248 spacious suite units, each featuring expansive private balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf waters. The resort boasts three elevated decks, four restaurants\u2014Drift, Lolita\u2019s, Beach Market and Toast\u2014a spa with full-service salt room and large fitness center, four ballrooms, and future retail storefronts along the Beach Walk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unique elevated pedestrian bridge now connects Opal Sol to its sister property, Opal Sands, enhancing and expanding the luxury experience, as guests can take advantage of offerings from both resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completion of Opal Sol marks a significant milestone for Moss and Ocean Properties, reinforcing the strong, decade-long strong relationship cultivated with other hotel and construction projects the companies have worked on together. The relation between Ocean Properties, Ltd. with its subsidiaries and Moss has spanned over 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite dealing with four named tropical storms throughout the build, Moss delivered Opal Sol on time, ensuring the new luxury resort was ready to welcome guests for the busiest time of the year on Clearwater Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The addition of Opal Sol now makes the hotels of Opal Collection some of the largest beachfront space on the west coast of Florida. Opal hotels have 125,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, plus 55,000 square feet of outdoor space with just around 800 rooms with parking for over 1,000 vehicles in the Clearwater market.
