Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management<\/a> Hall of Fame at the University of Florida. Scott has construction in his DNA. From a young age, he was immersed in the industry, growing up around job sites and starting work in the field at 17 as a laborer on a concrete forming crew. This experience gave him a deep respect for the hard work and dedication required for success in construction. After earning a bachelor\u2019s degree in construction management from the University of Florida, Scott rose through the ranks before co-founding Moss with his father in 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, Scott, his brother Chad<\/a>, and Bob launched the company\u2019s first project, and under Scott\u2019s leadership as CEO, the firm has grown to employ over 5,000 people across the U.S. with annual revenue exceeding $3 billion.
