The council is made up of leaders from human resources, employment agencies, technical college systems, and for-profit and non-profit institutions in the Southeast. It provides the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta insights into short-term fluctuations and long-term structural issues related to labor markets, as well as human capital development and its impact on economic vitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am honored to join the council and provide an industry perspective on labor issues,\u201d Coello said. \u201cConstruction is a major component of the work force and is unique from other sectors.
