This includes programmatic cost modeling, conceptual and detailed estimating, value analysis, constructability reviews, trade partner engagement and bidding, design-assist, and design-build services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 23 years of construction industry experience, his career started with hands-on field experience as a laborer, superintendent, and then project manager which developed into multiple preconstruction leadership roles including manager of conceptual estimating, purchasing manager, and chief estimator. His diverse experience covers many sectors including corporate office, higher education, hospitality, student housing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, airport facilities, stadiums and sports facilities, apartments, condos, K-12 schools, entertainment, infrastructure, and wood-frame multifamily projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGrant has been instrumental to Moss\u2019 success in the Dallas market,\u201d said Tom Philley, executive vice president of Moss\u2019 Texas region. \u201cHis expertise and project development approach provide great value to the project team, and we are happy to see him grow in his essential role at the company.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m honored for this opportunity to help lead our Moss team and development partners.
