Carson has been with Moss for three years and started as a project executive. He has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new capacity, Carson will oversee all items related to construction operations including staffing, project planning, cost and schedule analysis as well as owner and subcontractor negotiations. He will be involved in all phases of the project from pre-construction through closeout.
