{"id":14967,"date":"2021-05-25T21:39:22","date_gmt":"2021-05-25T21:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mosscm.com\/?p=14967"},"modified":"2024-09-15T03:02:09","modified_gmt":"2024-09-15T07:02:09","slug":"moss-and-landmark-awarded-60m-contract-for-watterscape-urban-residential","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/moss.com\/press-release\/moss-and-landmark-awarded-60m-contract-for-watterscape-urban-residential\/","title":{"rendered":"Moss and Landmark Awarded $60M Contract for Watterscape Urban Residential"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>DALLAS, TX<\/strong> \u2013 Moss Construction and Landmark Rehab Group are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a $60M contract for the Watterscape Urban Residential project located in Allen, Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be partnering with Landmark to add a Class A urban residential property to the 121 corridor,\u201d said Gerald Young, vice president for Moss. \u201cWe\u2019re grateful for the opportunity to work on a project that will serve the community for years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLandmark has worked with Dalcor Companies on multifamily projects since 2012.&nbsp; We are excited to continue this relationship and build a Class A wrap-style property,\u201d said David Guth, President of Landmark. &nbsp;He added, \u201cThe project is a rare opportunity to infill an existing development that currently has restaurants and bars, a movie theater, retail stores, and access to a park and trailhead that connects 78 miles of trails.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed by JHP Architects, the 379,265 square-foot project sits on seven acres of land and will include 469 units with 13 different floorplans. The property will feature an attached 5-level parking garage, leasing office, clubhouse, business and collaboration center, high-end fitness center, gaming center, and 4 courtyards offering places to relax and meet with friends. The property is close to more than 250 retail and food establishments.
