{"id":12790,"date":"2019-11-18T20:49:32","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T20:49:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mosscm.com\/?p=12790"},"modified":"2024-08-14T09:23:34","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T09:23:34","slug":"moss-constructions-ashley-little-named-to-enr-southeasts-2020-class-of-top-young-professionals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/moss.com\/press-release\/moss-constructions-ashley-little-named-to-enr-southeasts-2020-class-of-top-young-professionals\/","title":{"rendered":"Moss Construction\u2019s Ashley Little Named to ENR Southeast\u2019s 2020 Class of Top Young Professionals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 The 2019-20 school year is off to a great start for students at 18 South Florida schools thanks to the Moss Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moss Construction is pleased to\nannounce that Senior Project Manager Ashley Little has been selected as one of\nEngineering News Record Southeast\u2019s 2020 Class of Top Young Professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contest, conducted by each of\nENR&#8217;s Regional Publications, seeks to recognize young industry professionals\nwho represent the &#8220;Best-of-the-Best&#8221; in their construction and design\ncareers by exhibiting qualities such as leadership, career progress, community\ninvolvement and creating landmark projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely proud that\nAshley Little is being recognized for her outstanding work, both at work and in\nthe community,\u201d said Scott Moss, president of Moss Construction. \u201cFrom her work\nas a senior project manager for several Port Everglades projects, the largest portfolio of utility scale\nsolar projects in Florida, and her work with Wounded Warrior Outdoors,\nAshley gives 110% to everything she does. She embodies our core values of honoring\nall relationships, embracing an entrepreneurial spirit, and approaching each\nday with contagious energy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Florida native, 30-year-old Little\u2019s connection to the construction industry runs deep. Her uncle is in the stone masonry business in Texas, and her father also works in <a href=\"https:\/\/moss.com\/projects\/\" title=\"\">commercial construction<\/a> in South Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s truly an honor to have been selected as one of ENR Southeast\u2019s Class of 2020 Top Young Professionals,\u201d said Little, who in addition to her work with Wounded Warrior Outdoors, is also a long-time competitor and sport trap shooter in FITASC, an international federation for sporting competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m blessed to be able to work with the incredible team at Moss and to work in such a dynamic industry that greatly impacts our community.\u201d She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Moss:<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/mosscm.com\">Moss<\/a> is a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions resulting in award-winning projects.
