Moss earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen it comes to revenue growth and innovation, the 2018 Best Small &amp; Medium Workplaces continue to outperform their peers making these companies more competitive and helping them secure their position in the market place,\u201d said Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work in announcing the release of the global people analytics and consulting firm\u2019s annual ranking of the 2018 The Best Small &amp; Medium Workplaces, in partnership with FORTUNE. \u201cWhat these companies do differently than their peers, is that they offer a great workplace for all employees, regardless of role or personal traits.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 2018 survey found that employees at the winning companies scored their workplaces 17 to 19 percent higher than at non-winning organizations. Looking across all companies that surveyed with Great Place to Work\u00ae in the last 12 months, the top quartile for Leadership Effectiveness reported median annual revenue growth of 19.5 percent\u2014more than 3 times faster than their peers in the bottom quartile.<\/p>\n<p>At Moss, this year\u2019s survey found that 98 percent of the Moss employees surveyed said that they are proud to tell others of their work and of what they accomplish at the construction management firm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are truly honored, that once again Moss has been recognized as being one Fortune\u2019s 100 Best Medium Workplaces in the country,\u201d said Scott Moss, president of Moss. \u201cFrom the start, family has been at the core of who we are as a business.
